As exhibitors set up booths in the Grand Ballroom, significant exposure to every attendee will last throughout the conference, the Industry reception, and the PAC Auction & Casino night. Feel free to check in between 7 am to 5 pm. A loading dock is located at the main entrance to the Grand Ballroom. Please note the Grand Ballroom will be closed from 2 pm to 4 pm on Wednesday due to the Casino night set-up.

Premium Booth exhibitors will be set up in the main foyer (9 premium booths with red linen), and the sidebar rooms are located in Room 120C with privacy throughout the conference. The sidebar room is 100% the company's private access for any business, meetings, food, and beverage orders. If you want to order food and beverage in your room, please contact Stacie Adams at stacie@boisecentre.com to make arrangements. The food totals and minimums will fall under the Far West contract, although Far West is not responsible for ordering or payment arrangements.
